Terms & Conditions

Promoter: Radam’s Poke Stop
Prize: One ACE Graded 9 Ancient Mew Pokémon card
Promotion Period: 1st October 2026, 1700pm BST to 14th October 2026, 17:00pm BST.

1. Eligibility

1.1. The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 or over.

1.2. Entrants aged 16 or 17 must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian before entering.

1.3. Radam’s Poke Stop may request reasonable evidence of age, UK residency and, where applicable, parent or guardian permission.

1.4. Employees of RadamsPokeStop, anyone professionally connected with the promotion and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2. Promotion Period

2.1. The promotion opens at 01/10/2026 at 17:00 BST (British Standard Time).

2.2. The promotion closes at 14/10/2026 at 17:00 BST.

2.3. Entries received after the closing date and time will not be valid.

3. Free Social-Media Entry

3.1. Free entry is available through the official RadamsPokeStop Instagram, TikTok and Facebook accounts.

3.2. An eligible entrant may receive additional entries by participating across multiple RadamsPokeStop official social-media platforms (3 total).

3.3. To receive a valid free entry on a particular platform, the entrant must:

• follow the official RadamsPokeStop account on that platform; and

• comment "A wild Mew appeared!" on the official giveaway post or video on that platform.

3.4. Both actions must be completed for the entry to be valid.

3.5. Following RadamsPokeStop on the relevant platform is mandatory for that platform's entry to be valid.

3.6. The entrant must remain following the relevant RadamsPokeStop account when their entry is checked and at the time of the draw.

3.7. If an entrant is selected as a potential winner but is not following the relevant RadamsPokeStop account required for their winning entry, that entry may be declared invalid and an alternative winner selected.

3.8. An entrant may therefore receive up to three free entries, one each from Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, provided the required actions are completed on each platform.

4. Additional Social-Media Entries

4.1. Entrants may receive additional entries by completing the following eligible actions:

Tagging: Tag up to five (at least one) Pokémon-loving friends in the official giveaway post/reel = 1 additional entry per post or reel.

Cross-platform following: Follow RadamsPokeStop & comment “A Wild Mew Appeared"! on the official giveaway post or reel on another participating social-media platform = 1 additional entry per additional platform, max of two if commenting on the reel once and post once.

4.2. An entrant may receive the tagging bonus once only per post or reel (2 tagging bonus available on facebook and instagram if tagging on the post once and reel once).

4.3. Tagging more than five people does not provide additional entries.

4.4. An entrant may receive one additional entry for each participating social-media platform they follow and for entering on each official post and reel, provided that platform follow has not already been used to obtain their free entry on that platform post or reel (can enter on both reel and post if following.)

4.5 An entrant may receive an additional entry for “liking” the official post and another for liking the additional reel provided they have met the follow and comment entry requirements on the post/reel.

4.6. The Promoter may specify additional bonus-entry actions in promotional material during the Promotion Period. Any such action and the number of additional entries available will be clearly stated.

4.7. Sharing the giveaway to an Instagram Story, TikTok Story or Facebook Story does not provide an additional entry unless the Promoter expressly states otherwise and has a reliable method of recording and verifying those entries.

4.8 Total Free Entry’s per person if participating across all platforms is: 15 per person. Listed as:

5. Purchase-Based Additional Entry

5.1. An entrant who makes an eligible purchase through the official RadamsPokeStop website during the Promotion Period may receive one additional entry.

5.2. The value of the purchase does not affect the number of purchase-based entries.

5.3. Whether the eligible purchase is £5, £15, £70 or more, the entrant receives a maximum of one purchase-based additional entry during the Promotion Period.

5.4. Multiple purchases do not result in multiple purchase-based entries. The maximum is one purchase-based additional entry per person for the entire Promotion Period.

5.5. The purchase must be genuine and completed during the Promotion Period.

5.6. Cancelled, refunded or returned orders do not qualify for a purchase-based entry. Any entry already allocated from such an order may be removed.

5.7. Postage, delivery charges and other non-product charges do not affect eligibility for the purchase entry.

5.8. A purchase is not required to enter or win the giveaway. There are 15 entries available with no purchase per person and 1 available with a qualifying purchase per person.

5.9. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude purchases or entries that it reasonably believes have been made fraudulently or primarily to manipulate the promotion.

6. Entry Limits

6.1. An entrant may receive up to fifteen free social-media entries, listed in section 4.8

6.2. An entrant may receive a maximum of one purchase-based additional entry.

6.3. The Promoter may remove duplicate, fraudulent, automated, ai, burner account or otherwise invalid entries.

7. Prize

7.1. There is one prize consisting of:

One ACE Graded 9 Ancient Mew Pokémon card.

7.2. The prize shown in the promotional material is the prize being offered.

7.3. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative

7.4 In the event of the prize becoming unavailable an alternative of the same or higher value will be arranged or a cash alternative the same or higher value at the time of the promotion starting.

7.4. The prize cannot be exchanged for other products or store credit unless a mutual agreement (in writing) is made between the winner and Radam’s Poke Stop (at Radam’s Poke Stop discretion).

8. Winner Selection

8.1. One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.

8.2. The winner will be selected using computer-based random winner-generator software.

8.3. Each valid entry will have an equal chance of being selected.

8.4. The Promoter will retain reasonable evidence of the random selection process, including the final valid-entry list and evidence of the computer-generated selection.

8.5. If a selected entry is invalid or the selected entrant does not meet the eligibility requirements, the Promoter may select an alternative winner using the same random selection process.

9. Winner Contact

9.1. The selected winner will be contacted using the social-media account or contact information associated with their winning entry within 48 hours of the draw.

9.2. The winner must respond within seven days of the Promoter's first attempt to contact them.

9.3. The Promoter may request reasonable evidence of identity, age, UK residency and compliance with the entry requirements.

9.4. Where the winner is aged 16 or 17, the Promoter may request confirmation of parent or legal guardian permission.

9.5. If the selected winner does not respond within seven days, fails eligibility checks or cannot provide required parent/guardian permission, the Promoter may select an alternative winner.

9.6. The prize will be dispatched to the verified UK address supplied by the winner.

10. Giveaway Communications and Marketing

10.1. By entering the giveaway, entrants agree that RadamsPokeStop may contact them where reasonably necessary to administer the giveaway.

10.2. This may include communications regarding the entrant's entry, important information about the promotion, winner notification and prize fulfilment.

10.3. By making an eligible purchase during the Promotion Period, customers agree that RadamsPokeStop may contact them where reasonably necessary in connection with that purchase and the giveaway.

10.4. These communications are limited to matters relating to the giveaway and its administration and are separate from general promotional marketing.

10.5. Entry into the giveaway or making a purchase during the Promotion Period does not automatically subscribe an entrant or customer to unrelated marketing communications.

10.6. Any separate promotional marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable data-protection and electronic-marketing laws.

11. Personal Data

11.1. Personal information collected in connection with the promotion will be used to administer the giveaway, verify entries and eligibility, contact the winner and fulfil the prize.

12. Social-Media Platforms

12.1. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or any other social-media platform on which the promotion is advertised or hosted.

12.2. Entrants release the relevant social-media platform from responsibility in relation to the promotion.

12.3. Entrants must comply with the applicable terms and rules of the social-media platform through which they enter.

13. Invalid Entries and Fairness

13.1. Radam’s Poke Stop will deal with entrants fairly and will make reasonable efforts to include all valid entries.

13.2. Radam’s Poke Stop reserves the right to disqualify an entry where it reasonably believes that an entrant has:

• breached these Terms & Conditions;

• provided false or misleading information;

• used fraudulent or automated methods;

• attempted to manipulate the entry process; or

• otherwise acted dishonestly in relation to the promotion.

13.3. Radam’s Poke Stop will not be responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or unavailable because of technical problems or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

14. Winner Announcement

14.1. Radam’s Poke Stop may announce the winner on RadamsPokeStop's social-media channels after the winner's eligibility has been confirmed.

14.2. Radam’s Poke Stop may publish the winner's surname and county, or another appropriate form of winner identification, where permitted or required by applicable promotional rules.

14.3. Any additional use of the winner's photograph, video, testimonial or other content for promotional purposes will require appropriate permission where required.

15. General

15.1. These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside the official giveaway posts and promotional material published by RadamsPokeStop.

15.2. Significant conditions of the promotion, including eligibility, closing date, prize and entry requirements, will be made clear in the initial promotional material.

15.3. The full Terms & Conditions will remain accessible throughout the Promotion Period.

15.4. Radam’s Poke Stop will not materially change these Terms & Conditions during the Promotion Period except where genuinely necessary due to exceptional circumstances and where permitted by applicable law and advertising rules.

15.5. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the United Kingdom, subject to the mandatory rights of consumers.
